A spring throwback to two of my absolute favorite photoshoots locations in Richmond, Virginia. There is no shortage of hidden outdoor gems around the city. Which makes Richmond the perfect place to include your dogs in your engagement photos. For Sarah and Erics portrait session we started at at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA) for a touch of elegance surrounded by the sculpture garden, large column architecture and outdoor pathways to warm up in front of the camera. Next we set off for Libby Mill Park just in time for sunset and a view of the river.
Spring in Richmond is my happy place, filled with soft green blooms, the neutral cobblestone streets and city overlooks. These two were so casually cute and natural in front of the camera. We captured so many adorable moments of laughter, puppy kisses, and strolling the outdoor views. I couldn’t have asked for a more fun-filled shoot! Check out a few of my favorite moments from Sarah & Eric’s spring engagement session!
