Callie & JB’s wedding day was beyond perfect, despite the cold front that creeped in a little too early in November, these two didn’t even hesitate to take as many portraits outside as possible! The fall colors, stunning details , and reconnecting with old friends made their wedding day an absolute dream!

Callie and JB have been together for almost 5 years and were so excited to finally become husband and wife, surrounded by their closest friends and family, they had an incredible night of dancing and hilarious speeches! Their wedding day was even more emotional since Callie’s mother passed away a few years earlier, her presence in their life was so noticeable and honored throughout their day with tons of beautiful touches. JB even asked for her mom’s blessing to marry Callie before she passed away, and it was obvious just how welcomed he was into the family. All 3 daughters included lace details from their moms wedding dress in their bouquets and even played a special reception song dedicated to her mom’s favorite dance tune!

Their ceremony took place at the most unique wedding chapel i’ve ever photographed. The Semper Fidelis Memorial Chapel, which was filled with light and gorgeous floor to ceiling glass windows to give a full view of the changing leaves. After some bridal party and family portraits, we raced the sunset to their reception at Potomac Point Winery to catch the last few minutes of golden hour among the stunning vines and rolling hills!
