Another wedding at Keswick Vineyard in Charlottesville, Virginia is always a treat! This spacious vineyard ceremony backdrop, and open air tented reception space, the layout is every photographer and couples dream for a romantic Fall Wedding! I had been looking forward to this Fall wedding day with Payton & Peter for years!! After meeting this family one of my first years in Richmond, photographing Payton’s sisters wedding, I knew their wedding day would be one of the most energetic and glamorous filled with personal details!

I know they would go all out on fashion and glam, but was blown away by the beautiful personal touches they included throughout their big day. Starting with the cocktail napkins featuring hand written love notes from throughout their relationship. They even laid out sentimental memorable from love ones who had passed to reserve their ceremony seats. The cutest answering machine guest book (After the tone) to be able to record their guests well wishes with their real voice!

NOW onto the reception where things got even more fun! Starting with un-digging the Bourbon, my favorite southern tradition for helping prevent rain on your wedding day! Followed by golden hour portraits in the vineyard with the most stunning sunset glow and a few Fall colors peeking through! The dance floor was an epic end to the night! With a surprise round of “thunderdrunk”, never a dull moment throwing the bride and groom in the air! Plus the sweetest moment where Payton snuck away with her mom to share a private sentimental dance! Seriously some of my favorite reception images of the year from this vibrant couple!
