My first wedding at Fleetwood Farm Winery goes down as an all time favorite! This historic venue in Leesburg, Virginia mixes an elegant touch with modern amenities perfect for any couple! The massive reception space and getting ready loft for the girls features an amazing wrap around porch that is every photographers dream. Plus a cozy courtyard for my favorite sunset portraits! Every angle of Fleetwood Farm Winery was picture worthy, which made for one of my longest blog posts every!

From the very first time I met Julia and Jack for their engagement I knew their wedding would be a blast. These two are constantly laughing, full of inside jokes, and can pull off that model look effortlessly. Julia is one of the kindest brides, and spent so much of her wedding day thinking about how she could make the experience special for her friends and family! Julia shared how important her blended family was and the incredible relationship they had built she knew she wanted to create a special first look moment with more than just her her Dad present! This might be my new favorite tradition from the year! Plus since emotions were running high on this special day she wanted to build in a little extra support for Dad, and hugs from the whole family!

Jack spent most of the engagement deployed and was lucky enough to have so many of his friends be able to gain leave to join in the celebration at Fleetwood Farm. Plus the military wedding traditions are always a treat to witness! Julia’s simply sophisticated style featured her streamline dress and dream worthy floor length veil.  She even pulled off a jumpsuit outfit change to make sure she could properly enjoy the dance floor!
