Who knew that it would be 6 months into 2020 before I was finally able to share a wedding on the blog!
These college sweethearts were the 1st wedding I booked for 2020 and it has been close to a year since we photographed their engagement. I knew the first time we met in person that they would be incredibly fun to work with. They are so natural in front of the camera, and love any excuse to snuggle up for photos! I seriously adore these two! Even though I know the past few months of COVID rescheduling have been full of difficult unexpected decisions I am so thankful that I get to celebrate with Elizabeth and Christian two years in a row!
Despite all of the shifting schedules and last minute changes, I am SO GRATEFUL we were able to celebrate on their original wedding date with a small group of friends and family. Elizabeth and Christian are a little different than most of my couples, since I know this family through mutual friends, I knew that it was going to be a hilarious and exciting wedding! The lingering rain showers lasted almost the entire wedding day, and when the sun finally peeked out around 7pm we were able to sneak off for the most epic misty sunset portraits!
Keep scrolling for all of my favorites from wedding day 1.0 and I can’t wait to do it again next year!
Thank you to the incredible vendors who made Elizabeth and Christian’s original wedding date possible!
