An inside look at the most dreamy Georgetown engagement session on the crowded city streets. This spring I got to meet up with Andrea and Hunter for an evening with the iconic Georgetown cobblestone streets and daydream worthy row homes. Their connection and playful affection was so contagious and I can’t wait to celebrate their wedding coming up this weekend.

City engagements also bring a variety of challenges. Often the crowded streets make it difficult to document the picturesque background without tourists. Plus trying to get comfortable in front of the camera while a group of strangers watching is never the most romantic feeling. Andrea and Hunter weren’t even phased, and helped me pick out a few favorite locations to stop along their neighborhood streets. It’s not very often that the grooms are eager to have their photo taken but that was not the case for Hunter! He was down for any posing direction and always looking for a way to compliment Andrea and make her laugh. Their energy and love came through so beautifully on camera. We ended the night chasing the last bit of sunlight dodging traffic on the cobblestone streets.
